• Inquiry and project request forms. Name, email, phone, company, role, and whatever project detail you choose to share — acreage, building size, utilities, jobs, wage range, investment, and timeline.
• Newsletter signup. Your email address and which page you signed up from.
• Investor payments. Processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your membership level and contact details. We never see or store your full card number.

To respond to you, to prepare the data and site information you asked for, to coordinate with the public and private partners a project requires, to administer investor membership, and to send the monthly newsletter you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists.

Project inquiries are treated as confidential business information. We share details with a partner — a utility, a municipality, the state, a community college — only to the extent needed to answer your request, and we will execute a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions on request. Some records held by public partners may be subject to North Carolina public records law; tell us up front if confidentiality is critical and we will structure the conversation accordingly.

We use third parties to run this site and our operations: our website and database hosting provider, Stripe for investor payments, and email delivery services. They process information on our behalf under their own terms.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to load pages and remember basic preferences. If we add visitor analytics, it will be aggregate traffic measurement, not advertising profiles, and this page will say so.

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to report our own activity accurately, and then archived. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — every issue carries an unsubscribe link.

Email support@OCANC.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We answer within five business days.

This site is intended for business and community use and is not directed to children under 13.
