Onslow Coastal Alliance (OCA) works to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Economic development information belongs to the whole community, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, magnification, or high-contrast display settings.

• Text alternatives for photographs, maps, and site aerials that carry information.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and buttons.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interface controls.
• Headings, labels, and landmarks that make sense when read aloud in order.
• Page zoom and responsive layout down to small screens without loss of content.

• Some site aerials and parcel maps convey detail visually. We include a written summary of acreage, boundaries, and access on the same page, and we will read a map out or send a described version on request.
• Some downloadable PDFs, including third-party marketing flyers and state reports, are not fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide the content in an accessible format on request.
• Embedded third-party tools — the regional property search and payment checkout — are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet our standard.
