Where the money comes from
Funding & financial transparency
We are funded by public investment from Onslow County, the City of Jacksonville, ONWASA, and the county's towns, together with private investor memberships and project-specific grants. Two related nonprofits do the work: the 501(c)(6) alliance, and a 501(c)(3) partnership used for site development grants such as the Golden LEAF SITE award at Jacksonville Business Park. Both file public federal returns, linked below.
