Camp Davis Industrial Park (CDIP) is located adjacent to 301 US Hwy 17 South, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. This industrial park is located on four-lane US Hwy 17 about 36 miles from the Port of Wilmington. Travel time from the CDIP to the Port of Wilmington is less than one (1) hour by four-lane highway. CDIP is just more than half and hour travel time from two national airports and 25 minutes from Interstate Highway I-40 via four-lane highway.
The demand for this product was aptly demonstrated in the speed with which Phase One sold out. Since then, demand in the market has only grown and these Phase Two lots will provide a landing spot for several new industries. Analysts forecast that the development of Phase Two will lead to the creation of 235 new jobs, and add $22.5M to the county’s tax base.
